Pastor Ron speaks the biblical truths
about Getting Wisdom for 2014. In 2013, Pastor Ron lost the church building and his home in the tornado. Yet, How many of us can use wisdom? Pastor Ron prays, saying, "God Is good! Thank You for Your grace, understanding, and forgiveness at times during this last year as we've gone through, maybe the hardest thing I've ever survived." God gives us wisdom!
Proverbs in the Old Testament provides
wisdom truths that are ageless. We will talk about many subjects on wisdom from the Book of Proverbs. This series includes wisdom for our recovery and includes messages, entitled: "Introduction - Getting Wisdom"; "The Purpose Of Proverbs Part 1 & 2"; "The Benefits Of Wisdom Part 1 & 2"; "Our Mission - We Are The Church"; "Our Mission - Defining Who New Beginning Church Is"; Our Mission - "The Church That LAFs Part 1 & 2"; Our Mission - The New Testament Church"; "Building The Generations - Generations Glorifying God Part 1 & 2"; "Picking Your Friends"; "Careful Eating"; "The Never Ending Treadmill Part 1 & 2"; "Wise Parenting Part 1 & 2"; "Things That God Detests"; "Blameless Ways"; "Who Are We? Part 1 & 2"; "Who Are We? Our Genealogy"; "Who Are We? Our Community"; "Obedience - The Key To Living As God's Delight Part 1, 2 & 3"; "What Is The Condition Of Your Spirit? Part 1 & 2"; "Defining Family Part 1, 2 & 3"; and "A Wake-Up Call From The Lord".
Please forgive some of the audio recordings in these messages. We gathered as a church at several locations while our church was being rebuilt after the tornado. We had to carry our sound equipment to new locations or setup using the sound equipment that was available for that particular Sunday. These messages are important for Getting Wisdom. Please, ignore the sound irregularities and key in on the Lord's message in the Spirit, and you will be blessed! Please pray for those that provided us a location to gather during this season in our church! God can train us up from the living Word even in the midst of sound distractions.
Get wisdom; develop good judgment. Don’t forget my words or turn away from them. Don’t turn your back on wisdom, for she will protect you. Love her, and she will guard you. Getting wisdom is the wisest thing you can do! And whatever else you do, develop good judgment. If you prize wisdom, she will make you great. Embrace her, and she will honor you. She will place a lovely wreath on your head; she will present you with a beautiful crown. - Proverbs 4:5-9 NLT
