September 2011 was "Outreach 2011".
Team Challenge's Loren Schreffler provided a great start into our outreach with their testimonies of what God is doing in their lives with a message, entitled: "Mission - Teen Challenge". Pastor Ron emplored and led us with a special message, entitled: "Outreach And The Last Days". Finally, Outreach 2011 ended with a great message, where Pastors Ron Isam, Kenton Tieman and Jonathan Isam joined together in a tag-team message, entitled "Jesus Said 'Go!', So Why Are We Sitting Here?"
The scripture for this message is the Great Commission, not the Great suggestion. It's the Commission of Jesus before He ascended to heaven from scripture, saying, "And then he told them, 'Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone. Anyone who believes and is baptized will be saved. But anyone who refuses to believe will be condemned. These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out demons in my name, and they will speak in new languages. They will be able to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won’t hurt them. They will be able to place their hands on the sick, and they will be healed.' " -Mark 16:15-18 NLT
